The Green Grove CBD ProcessOur hemp oil droplets are 4-200 times smaller than the industry standard so that they can be easily absorbed into the body. Our products are highly-bioavailable and deliver the same results with a smaller amount making them more effective, and less expensive.
Not all CBD is the same. At Green Grove CBD, we believe that if you want to offer the best products to customers and provide relief, quality must be a priority at every stage. We are always striving to partner with the right people and companies to achieve a high standard of business and create high-quality hemp-based products.
We’ve Partnered With the Best
To further our mission of bringing you the world’s best CBD products, we choose our partners and manufacturers very carefully. After extensive research, our team decided to partner with the largest grower, manufacturer and distributor of hemp-derived phytocannabinoids in the U.S. This partner makes the raw hemp compounds that we use in every one of our products.
We work with a thorough product development team to ensure that every single ingredient used is carefully sourced and thoroughly lab tested. At Green Grove CBD, we insist on collaborating with the best of the best to ensure our products provide the mental and physical balance our customers are looking for.
Step 1: Innovative Farming
Every product we offer starts with natural proprietary strains of hemp that have high concentrations of CBD. All of the hemp in our products is responsibly grown in nutrient-rich soil in the United States.
Strict guidelines are in place at the farms we source our products from and we take advantage of a state-of-the-art farming process. This enhances the quality of our natural proprietary strains and ensures that our products are safe to consume, regulated and unmatched when it comes to potency and consistency.
Step 2: Hemp Processing
The hemp plants we use are immediately dried and warehoused after they are harvested. When we are ready to use a plant for production, it is milled into a coarse powder. The milling process adheres to the high industry standards. Once the plant is processed, it is shipped to our processing and manufacturing facility in Colorado.
Step 3: Proprietary Extraction
We use a proprietary extraction and purification process that involves supercritical CO2, a commonly used method of extraction. This makes sure that many of the beneficial phytocannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids are preserved in the process. The result is high-quality, broad-spectrum hemp oil. Once extracted, undesirable plant solids like waxes are removed from the oil.
CBD on its own offers many benefits. However, new research has found that a broad spectrum product leads to multiple benefits.
Step 4: Separation
Before further refinement, the hemp extract is separated from the supercritical CO2. Once this step is completed, the CO2 is recycled and used again in the distillation process.
Step 5: THC Removal and Refinement
One of the most important steps is to extract even the smallest traces of THC. THC is the compound found in cannabis that produces the “high” or mind-altering feeling associated with the plant.
We use proprietary technology to remove the unwanted compounds that are still present in the oil. These compounds include wax, chlorophyll, plant pigments and trace amounts of THC.
The extract is then “washed” and “polished.”
As you can see in our lab reports, our products contain no detectable THC.
Step 6: Third-Party Lab Testing
Every batch of hemp oil that we produce goes through rigorous third-party lab testing. We test every production run to make sure that the cannabinoids, terpenes, essential fatty acids and phytonutrients are consistent. This rigorous testing also ensures that our products are free from contaminants like pesticides and solvents.
Step 7: Our Proprietary Nanoemulsion Technology
Our softgels require our oil to go through another processing step. The raw hemp oil goes through a proprietary process that transforms it into nano-sized emulsions. This makes it the most bioavailable broad spectrum CBD in the industry.
Our competitors’ hemp oil particles are anywhere between 100 and 1000 nanometers in size. Our particles are around 25. This small size leads to much more effective absorption.
Our nanoemulsion process makes our softgel formulas at least two times more bioavailable than oil-based products. In addition to our nanoemulsion process, we use another proprietary technology to create the water-soluble hemp powder that we use in our dog treats and energy mix. Since your body has difficulty absorbing oil, this water-soluble format is also more bioavailable than the standard hemp oil.
You benefit from this process because it allows you to use less product to achieve the same level of benefit as the products sold by most of our competitors.
The bottomline is that when you use Green Grove CBD products, you only get the best.
