The Green Grove CBD Process
At Green Grove CBD, we take great pride in our unique CBD process. Using only the highest-quality hemp available on the market today and a proprietary seven-step process, we created hemp oil droplets that are between 4 and 200 times smaller than the industry standard. And because our droplets are highly bioavailable, it takes less of the product to deliver the same results—making them more effective and more affordable for our customers.
High-Quality CBD Oil
Not all CBD is created equal. We prioritize quality assurance at every single step of the manufacturing process and that starts with partnering with people who maintain the same passion and purpose that we do.
We’ve partnered with the largest grower, manufacturer and distributor of hemp-derived phytocannabinoids in the nation to make the raw hemp compounds we use in every single one of our products.
And to ensure every ingredient is carefully sourced and thoroughly lab tested, we work directly with a product development team whose job it is to safely and confidently produce the best product available on the market today.
Step 1: Innovative Farming
Starting with natural proprietary strains of hemp, our products are responsibly and sustainably grown right here in the United States. The farms we source from have strict guidelines and state-of-the-art techniques that enhance the quality of our natural proprietary strains and guarantees safety and reliability in the product from start to finish.
Step 2: Hemp Processing
After harvest, we immediately dry and store our hemp plants until they are ready to be used. Once that time comes, the hemp is milled into a coarse powder through a process that adheres to the highest industry standards. From there, our product is shipped to a facility in Colorado that completes the processing and manufacturing.
Step 3: Proprietary CBD Extraction Process
Our proprietary hemp extraction and purification process uses supercritical CO2 in order to create a pure and clean oil that requires little to no post-procession. This step is crucial for high-quality CBD and makes sure all the beneficial ingredients like terpenes and flavonoids are preserved and that the end result is a high-quality, broad-spectrum hemp oil that doesn’t cut corners.
And while CBD on its own offers many benefits to consumers, new research has found that broad-spectrum products offer their own additional benefits as well. And without CO2 as part of the CBD extraction process, there may be leftover bacteria or toxins in the product that diminishes the overall quality and effectiveness of the oil.
Step 4: Separation
We then separate the carbon dioxide from the hemp extract so the CO2 can be recycled and used again and again, furthering our dedication to sustainability in our practices.
Step 5: THC Removal and Refinement
This is one of the most important steps in our entire process: removing all traces of THC in the product. To do this, we use proprietary technology to remove undesirable compounds that can compromise the integrity of the final product, including wax, plant pigments, chlorophyll and even trace amounts of THC. The extract is then washed and polished for further removal of unwanted compounds.
Step 6: Third-Party Lab Testing
Although the industry is unregulated in regards to testing, we take an extra step to ensure our products meet the highest safety and quality standards. Every single production run from Green Grove CBD is rigorously tested by a third-party lab to ensure all compounds are consistent and the product is completely free of contaminants like solvents and pesticides.
Step 7: Proprietary Nanoemulsion Technology
We have created proprietary technologies that increase the absorption rates of our products without sacrificing quality, meaning less product is needed to achieve the same level of benefit that our competitors offer.
In order for raw hemp oil to be transformed into softgels, we have to put it through our proprietary nanoemulsion technology. Nanoemulsion technology turns oil into tiny “droplets” that allow for much higher absorption rates and make our softgels at least two times more bioavailable than our oil-based products.
Through our unique process, we’re able to make hemp particles that are around 25 nanometers in size, much smaller than the average size of our competitors’ particles, which range between 100 and 1,000 nanometers. This makes our product the most bioavailable, broad-spectrum CBD in the industry.
